Our tire casings are classified in 3 grades: Grade A, B, and R1

You can place your orders selecting the quantity of each grade and we will send you a quotation with the current stock available.

A Grade Specifications

  • First life original & virgin casing
  • DOT less than 5 years old
  • No significant ozone/weather cracking
  • No ply/belt/rubber separation
  • No section repairs
  • No exposed textile fabric or steel cords
  • Maximum of two nail holes of similar type injuries up to ¼” are allowable in the crown area only
  • No sidewall damage
  • No bead damage or distortion
  • No run-flat or obvious defect condition

B Grade Specifications

  • First life original & virgin casing
  • DOT less than 6 years old
  • Section repairs are allowable
  • Tread cuts into textile fabric/steel cords not exceeding 1 inch in diameter causing some rusting/corrosion are acceptable
  • Maximum of 4 nail holes or similar type injuries up to ¼” are allowable in the crown area only
  • Minor injuries on the sidewall area that are not damaging textile fabric or steel cords are allowable
  • Maximum of 2 damages to rubber only in the bead area, each less than 2” long are allowable
  • All other conditions are the same as for GRADE A

R-1 Grade Specifications

  • Previously retreaded casing DOT less than 7 years old
  • Section repairs are allowable
  • Minor injuries on the sidewall area not damaging textile fabric/steel cord are allowable
  • All other conditions are the same as for GRADE A

We carefully inspect each tire one by one using our proven 7+2 inspection procedure

All tire casings are inspected by experienced personnel to ensure that the customer receives the highest quality tires suitable for retreading.

7+2 Inspection Process:

Each tire is inspected one by one by an experienced tire inspector/grader personnel using our proven 7+2 Inspection Procedure

  1. Roll check the tire Checking the TREAD AREA for areas of exposed steel cords
  2. Visually check the Left sidewall area while using our hands to help find any separations/bulges in the sidewall
  3. Visually check the Right sidewall area while using our hands to help find any separations/bulges in the sidewall
  4. Visually inspect the Left BEAD area to make sure that there is no damage to the seating surface
  5. Visually inspect the Right BEAD area to make sure that there is no damage to the seating surface
  6. Visually look inside the tire (grader uses a headlamp mounted light) inspecting the left side of the inner liner checking for repairs and obvious defects
  7. Visually look inside the tire (grader uses a headlamp mounted light) inspecting the right side of the inner liner checking for repairs and obvious defects

Less Maximum 4% Discount for Rejects Guarantee Policy

With our strict standards we strive to supply each load rejection free, however due to the tires being in used condition and a used commodity we will subtract 4% upfront on your invoice to cover any rejects.
